This Refund Policy explains how payments, cancellations, and refunds work for the Invoice Pro Pro subscription. It forms part of, and must be read with, our Terms of Service. Invoice Pro is a product of Arnold Labs (“Arnold Labs”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).
1. What you are charged
The Pro plan is offered as a subscription. On the web it is USD 9.99 monthly or USD 99.99 yearly, or KES 1,000 monthly or KES 10,000 yearly in Kenya. On Android it is billed at the price shown in Google Play. In every case the price shown before you pay applies, including currency and taxes.
One Pro subscription unlocks the same account on web and Android.
2. Who bills you
- Web (international): purchases through Paddle are billed by Paddle as merchant of record under Paddle’s terms.
- Web (Kenya): Paystack processes selected local methods under Paystack’s terms.
- Android: purchases are billed by Google Play under its terms. Manage or cancel in your store account.
Because the payment provider differs by channel, that provider’s own applicable policies also apply to your purchase.
3. Refunds
Unless required by law, fees are non-refundable once a paid period starts.
We do not offer a general refund window, trial refund, or money-back guarantee beyond what is stated here. A 7-day free trial is available before you pay, so you can evaluate Invoice Pro without a charge.
Refunds may still apply where:
- applicable law requires a refund; or
- the applicable policy of the payment provider that billed you (Paddle, Paystack, or Google Play) provides for one.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory rights you have that cannot be excluded.
4. Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future renewals. It does not automatically refund a period you have already paid for, except where applicable law requires it or where the payment provider’s applicable policy provides otherwise.
If a subscription lapses, we may limit creating new invoices or using paid features. We will not hold your historical invoices, payment records, or balances hostage: you may still access existing records as described in the app at that time.
5. How to cancel
- Web (Paddle): open Subscription in the app and use Manage subscription, which opens Paddle’s customer portal.
- Web (Paystack card): open Subscription in the app and use Manage subscription, which opens Paystack’s subscription management page.
- Web (Paystack M-Pesa): an M-Pesa payment buys a single period and does not renew automatically, so there is nothing to cancel.
- Android (Google Play): cancel from your Google Play account subscriptions.
6. Requesting a refund
If you believe a refund is due under section 3, contact us at arnoldlabs.dev@gmail.com from the email address on your Invoice Pro account. Please include the payment date, the amount and currency, and the payment method or provider used, so we can locate the transaction.
Where Paddle is the merchant of record for your purchase, a refund request may be handled by Paddle under its terms. Purchases made through Google Play are subject to Google Play’s refund policies and are requested through Google Play.
7. Duplicate or failed charges
If you were charged twice for the same period, or a payment was taken but Pro access was not activated on your account, contact us at arnoldlabs.dev@gmail.com with the details in section 6 and we will investigate with the relevant payment provider.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy. The “Last updated” date will change. Continued use after the update means you accept the updated policy.
